Leave it to Warren Buffet to succinctly state the strategy: "Be fearful when others are greedy, and be greedy when others are fearful". He is going all equity, while I continue to sit on the sidelines. On the other hand, going all in now is a little easier with the assets he has (though one can easily suggest it is this very strategy that got him to where he is).

That is so true, the amount of capital that he has losing 10 % will not even great a wave. But, he is doing the right thing for the long term this is the best time to invest.
